Return Policy

We are confident that HerbaCap provides only high-quality supplements. However, If for any reason you're not happy with your results, simply return your (bottles OR canisters) within 60 days of the shipment date. And even if they're completely empty - we'll send you a FULL refund of the purchase price for all bottles and/or canisters returned. All returns must be made within 60 days (unless otherwise stated on the order page of the product you purchase) from the shipment date. We are unable to process returns for Liquidation Sale items.

For refunds on orders not placed on our website(s) because of a recommendation you received from us, or that you heard about on one of our websites, please contact the person or company you received your order from directly. Should you need assistance in locating a contact email address for any such person or company, please contact our customer support team at info@herbacap.com or by calling 1-917-408-3290. We will gladly look up the contact information for the individual or company you placed the order with, where applicable. Please include your name, email, phone number and order number (if applicable) regarding an outside order.

Packages returned to us will be refunded in full less the shipping and handling fees. If you are experiencing issues with the shipment of your order, please contact our customer support team at info@herbacap.com or by calling 1-917-408-3290. We’d love to hear any feedback you have when you submit a return request. For damaged or defective products, it would be especially helpful to see a photo of the issue. This helps us process your return faster and improve our quality control. We’d really appreciate it!
